SAN FRANCISCO — May 29, 2026 — FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

After conversations with 46 AI and B2B companies, the team behind Global AI Forum sharpens its focus on helping Series A to Series C companies win enterprise customers

San Francisco, CA, May 29, 2026 — GTM HQ, formerly ThoughtCred, today announced a rebrand and a sharper focus. The firm has evolved into a services-as-software AI company for enterprise go-to-market, helping AI and B2B software companies in the Series A to Series C stage land and grow enterprise accounts.

The shift comes out of the founders' work building Global AI Forum, where they spent the past year in conversation with enterprises and AI companies on both sides of the table. Two patterns kept surfacing. Enterprises did not know that many of the best AI companies even existed. And the AI companies, for their part, had very little idea how enterprise go-to-market actually works.

"Most of these companies were defaulting to volume outbound, paid ads, and a lot of content marketing," said Joseph Abraham, founder of GTM HQ. "On the surface it looks like it produces fruit. In reality it is spammy, it gets filtered, and it gets blocked. That is not how enterprises buy."

What works with enterprise buyers, the founders argue, is a different motion entirely. Enterprise buying is largely peer-led. It is driven more by risk mitigation than by aspiration. It rewards vendors who genuinely understand a buyer's context, and much of the real evaluation happens in dark social, in private conversations that never show up in an intent feed.

"Enterprise go-to-market is broken, and the narrative work we did at ThoughtCred was only ever half the answer," Joseph added. "We wanted to solve the whole problem. So we stopped describing it and started fixing it."

That decision followed conversations with close to 46 companies. The consistent feedback led the team to retire ThoughtCred's positioning and rebuild the firm around enterprise GTM execution.

GTM HQ now focuses on a single question: which enterprise accounts are entering a buying process, and what exact motion should a company run to win them. Rather than relying on ad clicks or third-party intent networks, the firm works from procurement behavior, organizational change, vendor relationships, and public enterprise signals to identify accounts that are genuinely entering a buying cycle, then helps teams run the right motion against them.

The firm describes its model as services-as-software. Rather than handing clients a dashboard to operate themselves, or billing by the hour like a traditional consultancy, GTM HQ productizes the work of a senior enterprise go-to-market team. AI performs the forensic signal work at scale, and senior operators apply judgment to the moments that actually decide a deal. Clients buy an outcome delivered as a repeatable engine, not a tool to run or a retainer of hours to manage.

"The narrative still matters, but narrative without motion is just noise," said Benjamin Mathew, co-founder of GTM HQ, who leads operations and delivery. "We have built the engine that connects the signal to the actual play a founder should run that week, and we stand behind it being executed."

GTM HQ is built for Series A to Series C AI and B2B software companies that have product-market fit but inconsistent enterprise pipeline, longer sales cycles, and deals that involve procurement, security review, and executive sponsorship. The firm draws on the founders' co-authored work, The Enterprise GTM Playbook, which documents 52 distinct enterprise go-to-market motions.
